VATSIM Login (VATSIM Connect)

Signing in with your VATSIM account requests the following data from VATSIM Connect:

• Full Name – your first and last name as registered with VATSIM
• Email Address – the email address tied to your VATSIM account
• VATSIM Details – your ATC rating, region, division and subdivision

This data is used to authenticate your session, display your membership information on the site, and to email you automated notifications relevant to your controlling activity (for example, activity review outcomes). Your email address is not visible to staff through the admin panel — only whether it is held and whether you have opted in or out of notifications. You can opt out of automated email notifications at any time from Preferences & Integrations.
